Shipping destinations include:

We provide free shipping services across India and also ship to all major countries. Please note that international shipping costs are not included in the prices.

Shipping partners:

We generally ship orders within India via RIVIGO. However, in certain special cases, we may opt for alternative shipping companies and methods. For international orders, we rely on FEDEX and ARAMEX as our primary shipping carriers. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with all tracking details and carrier information related to your order.

Shipping cost:

We provide the most economical shipping rates for deliveries within India, which are already included in your order. However, for international shipping, the cost will vary based on factors such as the item you purchased, the delivery method, and the destination. To inquire about international shipping, please get in touch with us.

Delivery time:

The shipping time for each item will differ, depending on whether the item is in stock or made-to-order. You can find the expected shipping date for each item under the “product details” section on the product page. Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number with delivery details. Items that are in stock and shipping from our warehouse are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days. Items that are made-to-order or customized will take longer to produce and ship, typically between 2 to 4 weeks. For more information on your order status, please contact our customer care team.

Additional shipping cost:

In some instances, additional shipping and handling fees may apply if the product is excessively voluminous or heavy or requires special care during transportation.

International shipping cost:

If you require a shipping quote, please provide your address and zipcode to our team via email at inquiry@silverfurniture.in. We aim to provide an estimate within 24 to 48 hours.

Insurance:

Prakash Handicraft insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. It is recommended that you provide photo or video evidence of the unboxing process in case of any damages.

Additional information:

Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. All orders require a signature upon receipt.
